Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Policy: - Class Registration: All participants must register for Kundalini yoga classes and nutritional therapy sessions at least 24 hours in advance to secure their spot. - Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via [insert payment methods]. - Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration, along with details of the class/session link and any necessary materials. 2. Cancellation Policy: - Class Cancellations by Participants: - If you need to cancel your attendance, please do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled class/session to receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your class/session to another participant or reschedule to a later date with prior notice. - Cancellation by Instructor: - In the event that a class/session needs to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. 3. Rescheduling Policy: - If you wish to reschedule a class/session, please give at least 12 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours may be accommodated based on availability. 4. No-Shows: - Participants who do not attend their scheduled class/session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
