Hello! I’m Nazee(Satya Dhyan; my spiritual name), a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Life Coach, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. My journey into holistic health began when I was struggling with my own well-being in so many ways. Through the transformative practices of Kundalini Yoga, I experienced healing that rejuvenated my mind and body. At the same time, my studies in nutritional therapy and the intentional changes I made to my lifestyle and habits profoundly enhanced my overall wellness. All my experiences in wellness, physically and emotionally and all my ups and downs in my life, ignited a passion within me to share the benefits of wellness with others. I believe that integrating conscious choices on nutritious foods, mindful movement, and holistic practices can create significant shifts in our overall health and well-being. We usually underestimate the power we have as human beings over our choices. Whether you want to focus solely on yoga, nutritional therapy, or a blend of both, or even life coaching to achieve your goals and pursue your dreams, I am here to support you on your unique journey!
